During the operation, the material is fed into the inner cylinder from the silo through the elevator through the blanking pipe, and the hot gas flows downstream from the straight end of the inner cylinder. The material flows into the cone part of the inner cylinder through the advancement of the spiral plate. With the rotation of the cylinder and the dispersion of the lifting plate, the material exchanges with the hot gas while moving forward, enters the middle cylinder from the discharge port of the inner cylinder, and finally enters the outer cylinder. In order to prevent the material blocking at the discharge port, spiral plates are set at both ends of the outer cylinder. At the same time, the lifting plate in the outer cylinder is also arranged at a certain angle, acting like a rotary plate. A small material guide plate is also arranged on the outer wall of the middle and inner cylinder. In the outer cylinder, the material exchanges heat with the hot gas and the outer wall of the middle cylinder through the action of the lifting plate. The dried material is discharged into the flap valve through the discharge port on the outer cylinder, and the waste gas is discharged into the dust collector through the discharge port through the upper part of the discharge hood for dust removal. After drying, the moisture content of the material can reach below 1-0.5%.
