Introduction of pan granulator:
Pan granulator is one of the important equipments in organic fertilizer production. Its main working part is a rotating inclined disc. It is based on the principle of powder materials agglomerating into granules, which makes the powder materials with wet surface continuously roll or turn inside the disc granulator, and the mechanical extrusion makes these powder materials gradually form particles. This machine is one of the important equipment in the production of compound fertilizer. Through the parameters of the pelletizing plate, the disc granulator can be selected reasonably, so as to increase the product output and greatly reduce the product cost.
Working principle of Pan Granulator:
The pan is installed at a certain angle. The material in the rotating disc rolls rapidly with the rotation of the pan. When it rises to the highest point, it falls vertically under the block of the scraper. During the rotating process of the pan, the particles are squeezed and rolled with the pan wall under the action of centrifugal force. Due to these comprehensive mechanical extrusion, rolling, collision, powder materials with the help of liquid surface tension gathered together to form a "mother ball". With the increase of "mother ball", gradually spheroidize into complete particles, from small to large, the strength gradually increases, and the granulation process is completed until the finished product particle size overflows from the edge of the disc. The disc granulator has a good grading function. It can make the powder material grow up from the bottom of the plate and form particles to overflow into the outer plate. Due to the increase of the diameter of the outer disk, the linear velocity of the particles increases suddenly. The particles are rolled while being rounded to form spherical particles. The larger particles are blocked by the discharge plate and overflow into the hopper, which are sent to the next process by the belt conveyor.

This machine is suitable for the material that has 10-30% nutrient.
It has many characteristic such as: high rate, round grains, easy to operate and maintain. Stable moving on the traps of reducer and motor extend the life span of the machine.
The pan granulator adopts whole arc Angle structure with granulation rate of 93%. Granulation pan has three outlets which facilitate the material production operation and will greatly continuously reduce labor intensity and improve labor efficiency. Reducer and motor uses flexible belt drive, so it starts smoothly, slows wallop and improve equipment lifespan. The bottom of granulation pan adopts multiterm radiation steel strengthening, so the structure is sturdy and durable, never deformation. The machine adopts strong base design, no need the anchor bolts to fix and operate smoothly. The master gear of granulation adopts high frequency quenching which doubles the service life. Granulation face pan lined with high strength glass fiber reinforced plastics, anti-corrosion and durable.pment for organic fertilizer, compost production shorten the process.
