Working Principle of the DWD Series Belt Dryer:
the materials to be dried are evenly distributed on the mesh belt through appropriate feeding mechanism. During drying, hot air is forced into the upper and lower parts of the mesh belt and the material, so that each particle surface to be dried becomes a heating surface, which increases the contact area between the material and the hot air, significantly increases the heat conduction area, and shortens the water diffusion distance inside the material. Therefore, an excellent drying operation can be carried out, especially for the material to be dried after adding appropriate preparation for forming. Therefore, this series dryer has the advantages of high stability and high energy saving.
Application of the DWD Series Belt Dryer:
it is suitable for drying paste and paste materials such as pigments and dyes after pre forming. It is suitable for high molecular polymer, iron oxide, ferrite, fluorspar, medicine, seasoning, agar and other chemical industrial drugs, fertilizers, feeds, and various granular, sheet, fibrous and cake like objects.
Characteristics of the DWD Series Belt Dryer:
Good drying effect can be achieved by adjusting air volume, temperature and residence time of materials. Because it can freely adjust the stop flow and residence time of materials in the drying device. Therefore, the moisture content of processed products can be set arbitrarily.
The material moves in a static state in the drying device, which can hardly damage the shape of the product. Even if there is a small amount of dust flying objects, it can be collected by setting weak wind or bag filter on the pipeline. Various conveyor belts can be used. According to the different drying materials, the conveyor belt can also use vibrating plate in addition to various wire mesh.
The conveyor belt can be cleaned. The heating chamber is separated from the drying chamber, which is more convenient for cleaning the conveyor belt. According to the requirements, a cleaning device can be installed on the bottom plate of the equipment to scrape a small amount of materials falling on the bottom plate to the discharge end.
According to the different moisture content of output materials, multiple equipment can be selected to use in series to improve the output.
